Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Curatory! By using our platform, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Curatory is an online art magazine and collective, offering features for contemporary artists, including artist profiles, interviews, submissions for future issues, and a space for creative collaborations.

2. Submission Process

To submit your work to Curatory, artists are required to complete the submission form and agree to these Terms and Conditions. No account registration is necessary for submission.

3. Submission Fee

There is no submission fee for artists wishing to participate in Curatory Artist Submission. However, a participation fee is required only if an artist’s work is selected for inclusion in a future issue. The artist will be notified via email if their work is chosen. Please note that for Volume 1, there is no fee for participation—artists will be able to submit and participate for free.

4. Content Submission Rights

By submitting content to Curatory, artists grant us the right to display their work online and in our issues, both digital and print, while retaining all rights to their artwork. We may also use their work on Curatory’s social media platforms for promotional purposes.

5. Payment Terms

The participation fee will be invoiced via email to selected artists once their work is chosen for inclusion. Payment must be completed before any work is featured in the magazine. If the issue is not published, or an artwork is not selected, the payment will be non-refundable.

6. Copyright

All content submitted remains the intellectual property of the artist. Curatory does not claim ownership over any submitted artwork unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

Curatory is not liable for any damages, loss of data, or issues that arise from the use of our platform. All submissions are made at the user's own risk.

By using our site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
